Night Depository

Take advantage of our conveniently located night depositories whenever you wish to make deposits after regular banking hours. A verification of your deposit will be mailed to you.

Business Debit Card

It works like a check, but it’s much faster, easier, and a lot more flexible! Purchases and withdrawals are made directly from your checking account and all transactions are detailed on your monthly statement. Use it anywhere you see the Visa™ logo!

And now, our cards have the added security of an embedded chip.  EMV (Europay, MasterCard, Visa) is the global standard for cards equipped with chips and the technology used to authenticate chip-card transactions to help protect against fraud.  Click here for more information.

Several of our branch offices have Safe Deposit Boxes available in a variety of sizes to meet your needs. Store your valuable items in a safe, secure area without worrying. Separate viewing rooms are available to ensure your privacy. Boxes automatically renew every year for your convenience. Check with the branch for size and availability information.

Debit Cards

During business hours, lost or stolen Adirondack Bank ATM or Debit cards can be reported through our Client Services Department at 315-272-2500 or toll free at 1-877-404-2265, choose Option 1.

After hours and weekends - Please use 1-800-554-8969.

UMB Bank Credit Cards

Lost or stolen cards should be reported to UMB Bank Customer Service at 1-800-821-5184 (24 hours a day / 7 days a week).
