Visit one of our conveniently located ATMs to get cash, make deposits and check balances 24-hours a day, seven days a week. We are affiliated with the Accel, Cirrus, Plus, American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Maestro networks.

Night Depository

Take advantage of our conveniently located night depositories whenever you wish to make deposits after regular banking hours. A verification of your deposit will be mailed to you.

ADK Canvas Debit Card 

Debit Card

It works like a check, but it’s much faster, easier, and a lot more flexible! Purchases and withdrawals are made directly from your checking account and all transactions are detailed on your monthly statement. Use it anywhere you see the VisaTM logo!

And now, our cards have the added security of an embedded chip.  EMV (Europay, MasterCard, Visa) is the global standard for cards equipped with chips and the technology used to authenticate chip-card transactions to help protect against fraud.  Click here for more information.

We will begin to re-issue all current cards with the new EMV cards in early June.  This process will be completed over several months.  Consumer and business debit cards will be done first, followed by HSA cards.  Click here for a list of FAQs regarding the re-issue.

Reporting Lost or Stolen Cards

Debit Cards

During our business hours, lost or stolen Adirondack Bank Debit cards can be reported through our Client Services Department at 315-272-2500 or toll free at 1-877-404-2265, choose Option 1.

After hours and weekends - Please use 1-800-554-8969.

Adirondack Bank Credit Cards (issued through UMB Bank)

Lost or stolen cards should be reported to UMB Bank Customer Service at 1-800-821-5184 (24 hours a day / 7 days a week).
