Notary Services
Adirondack Bank has commissioned notary public on staff to help you get your business and personal documents notarized quickly and efficiently. Documents that typically require notarization are often of the major life-event variety: wills, powers of attorney, deeds, contracts, and affidavits, to name a few.
1. The completed document you wish to notarize.
2. Valid photo ID that meets state requirements.
3. Any other individuals (with proper ID) who will be signing the document.
You do not have to be a customer to have something notarized with proper ID. Please contact your local branch for Notary availability.
Night Depository Services
Take advantage of our conveniently located night depositories whenever you wish to make deposits after regular banking hours. A verification of your deposit will be mailed to you.

During our business hours, lost or stolen Adirondack Bank Debit cards can be reported through our Client Services Department at 315-272-2500 or toll free at 1-877-404-2265, choose Option 1.

Adirondack Bank Credit Card (issued through UMB Bank):
Lost or stolen cards should be reported to UMB Bank Customer Service at 1-800-821-5184 (24 hours a day / 7 days a week).
Adirondack Bank Credit Cards (issued through Elan):
Lost or stolen personal cards should be reported to Elan Customer Service at 1-800-558-3424 (24 hours a day / 7 days a week).
Lost or stolen business cards should be reported to Elan Customer Service at 1-866-552-8855 (24 hours a day / 7 days a week).
