*APR = Annual Percentage Rate. Minimum loan amount is $10,000. Maximum loan amount is $750,000. All applications are subject to credit and collateral approval. Loan to value (LTV) and combined loan to value (CLTV) cannot exceed 80%. Borrower is responsible for New York State Mortgage Tax. All loans greater than $250,000, borrower will be responsible for Title Insurance premium. If loan is paid off and closed within 3 years, you must reimburse us the closing costs incurred by Adirondack Bank. Homeowners insurance is required. Flood Insurance may be required. Minimum line is $20,000. Maximum line is $750,000. Both options have a term of 25 years; 10-year draw period followed by a 15-year repayment period. Minimum draw is $500. The APR is a variable rate and based on the Wall Street Journal Prime Rate and is floating during the life of the loan. As of 11/3/2022, the Prime Rate is 7.000% and is subject to change quarterly after the 6-month introductory rate, not to exceed 15.900% or go below 3.250%. All applications are subject to credit and collateral approval. Loan to value (LTV) and combined loan to value (CLTV) cannot exceed 80%. Borrower is responsible for New York State Mortgage Tax.
