*APR = Annual Percentage Rate. Minimum loan amount is $10,000. Maximum loan amount is $750,000. All applications are subject to credit and collateral approval. Loan to value (LTV) and combined loan to value (CLTV) cannot exceed 80%. Borrower is responsible for New York State Mortgage Tax. All loans greater than $250,000, borrower will be responsible for Title Insurance premium. If loan is paid off and closed within 3 years, you must reimburse us the closing costs incurred by Adirondack Bank. Homeowners insurance is required. Flood Insurance may be required. Current Adirondack Bank loans may be eligible for refinancing. Rates are subject to change without notice.

Principal and Interest or Interest Only Options Available *APR=Annual Percentage Rate.
Minimum line is $20,000. Maximum line is $750,000. Both options have a term of 25 years; 10-year draw period followed by a 15-year repayment period. Minimum draw is $500. The APR is a variable rate and based on the Wall Street Journal Prime Rate and is floating during the life of the loan. As of 05/5/2022, the Prime Rate is 4.000% and is subject to change quarterly after the 6-month introductory rate. The rate floor is the Prime Rate in effect at the time of closing and the rate ceiling is 15.900%. All applications are subject to credit and collateral approval. Loan to value (LTV) and combined loan to value (CLTV) cannot exceed 80%. Borrower is responsible for New York State Mortgage Tax. All lines above $250,000, borrow will be responsible for Title Insurance premium. If line is paid off and closed within 3 years, you must reimburse us the closing costs incurred by Adirondack Bank.
