Customers have reported receiving automated fraudulent calls over the weekend, asking the customer to enter their account number and pin.  The calls came from the 877 area code and were pretending to be from a local bank.  As a reminder, Adirondack Bank will never ask for your pin number over the phone or through any other means.  If you receive a similar call, you can report it to our Client Services Department at (315) 272-2500, or toll free at (877) 404-2265 and select option 1.  Additionally, if you receive this type of call, you may also file a complaint with the FCC at the following website  https://consumercomplaints.fcc.gov.
